The Integra Project is an ongoing, members-only education program for exercise professionals seeking to expand their skills through advanced topics and peer collaboration.

Delivered through live virtual workshops, assignments, and an online community forum, the Integra Project facilitates continued growth.

The program runs in a series of 3 months on and 1 month off to allow for breaks between each series of workshops. This sustains momentum while preventing burnout. For those on the Full membership, there are six in-person and hands-on practical workshops at Integra HQ.

The Integra Project is exclusively for graduates of Integra Education workshops like Exercise Mechanics Lab and RTS Foundations. It's designed for professionals seeking to surround themselves with like-minded colleagues focused on pushing boundaries in exercise mechanics, assessments, programming, and coaching.

Beyond the ongoing professional development and belonging to a community of passionate colleagues, you'll receive:

  • Live online workshops (3 per month)
  • Online materials and resources
  • Facilitated learning and discussions
  • Quizzes and assignments
  • Networking & support with like-minded professionals
  • Exclusive access to interviews
  • Side Projects
  • Free access to #LabTime Sessions
  • six in-person practical workshops (Full members only)
  • Discounted rates for all other Integra EDU workshops

All members (Online and Full) receive access to the live virtual workshops, online materials, assignments, online community forum, and discounts on other Integra EDU workshops, including free access to #LabTime Sessions.

Full members receive access to six 1-day practical workshops held at Integra HQ in London.

The program runs in a series of 3 months on and 1 month off to allow for breaks between sets of learning. This sustains momentum while preventing burnout.

This means that during April, August, and December, you get to catch up, switch off, or take some downtime before we start again in the following series. This sustains momentum while preventing burnout.

When active, expect to spend at least 90 minutes per week joining the live calls, reading materials, doing your homework/assignments, and participating in the online community forum.

To get the most out of the Integra Project, increased engagement creates improved outcomes. However, the Integra Project was designed for sustainable lifelong learning.

Yes! The Integra Project is predominantly online. The live calls are on Tuesdays at 14.00 GMT. However, even if you cannot make the calls live, they are recorded to watch in your own time.

This workshop has an optional 1-day practical workshop for those who wish to upgrade to the Full membership and can make this workshop at Integra HQ in London.

All live calls are recorded and will be posted to your Member Dashboard the following day to watch in your own time.

The Integra Project is open to graduates of Integra Education workshops, including:

  • Exercise Mechanics Lab and/or
  • RTS Foundations

Completion of one or more of these foundational courses is required to enrol in the Integra Project. The program builds on core concepts covered in those workshops.
