Beyond the
Basics

Create a Foundation

  • How do we help clients feel the right muscle?
  • Why can't this client reach full range?
  • What creates pain despite perfect form?
  • When does textbook technique fail them?

Your client shows what research and books overlook - and that’s where we begin.

See Through
a Different Lens

The Exercise Mechanics Lab is a 12-week online workshop that teaches you to see exercise through the lens of forces and anatomy.

You'll develop confidence in assessments, exercise design, movement, cueing, communication, coaching, and programme design - answering the questions that frustrate you daily.

We start with fundamentals, not more techniques, and you'll leave with principles that work for any client.

What You'll Develop

  • See the mechanics behind every exercise
  • Fix movement problems at their source
  • Know exactly why you choose each exercise
  • Adapt any exercise to individual needs
  • Deliver results that speak for themselves

Upon completion, clients get better results, your referrals increase, and you become the trainer people seek out.

We practice what we teach, ensuring every principle you learn is proven to work in practice.
