The Exercise Mechanics Lab is a 12-week online workshop that teaches you to see exercise through the lens of forces and anatomy.
You'll develop confidence in reading movement, designing exercises, and making adjustments that actually change the outcome - for any client, any goal.
We start with how to think, not what to do. You'll leave with principles that work for any client.
Everything's recorded. But the real learning happens in live discussion - that's where you'll ask the questions that matter for your clients.
