You already know something's there
The questions that brought you here
- How do we help clients feel the right muscle?
- Why can't this client reach full range?
- What creates pain despite perfect form?
- When does textbook technique fail them?
Good questions. This is twelve weeks of working on them.
A week in EML

Monday

Tuesday
Anatomy lab
The joint or region behind the week's lesson: hip, knee, foot and ankle, spine, rib cage, shoulder.
Wednesday
Live session, 2pm UK
An hour with Michael and your cohort. Bring your questions and your clients. Recorded if you can't make it.
Thursday

What changes
- You see the forces inside any exercise, on any kit
- You know why you chose it - and can say so in plain English
- You adapt the exercise to the body, not the body to the exercise
- You work with a client's limits instead of around them
- You ask better questions, and know what to do with the answers
Think science. Speak client.
Every exercise is an experiment.
Learn to see the result.
