Where Mastery Thrives

Rather than a one-time course, The Integra Project delivers year-round growth through ongoing dialogue, immersive projects, and peer-to-peer collaboration. By cycling 3 months of active learning with 1 month off, you gain the breathing room to absorb, reflect, and return with fresh perspective—preventing burnout and nurturing a genuine sense of community. Over time, you’ll refine your approach, deepen your expertise, and learn when (and how) to break the rules responsibly.

“Learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist”—and do so among peers who share your passion for excellence.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s an ongoing, members-only education program for exercise professionals who want to expand skills through advanced topics and peer collaboration. We run 3 months on, 1 month off, ensuring sustained learning without burnout.

Exclusively for graduates of Integra’s EML or RTS Foundations. If you’ve mastered the basics and want to immerse yourself in deeper mechanics, advanced client management, and continuous evolution, this is for you.

Beyond advanced education and a supportive community, you’ll get:

  • Live online workshops (3 per month)
  • Online materials & resources
  • Private forum discussions
  • Assignments & quizzes
  • Free access to #LabTime Sessions
  • For Full members: six in-person practical workshops at Integra HQ
  • Online: All virtual content, workshops, forum, #LabTime
  • Full: Everything in Online plus six 1-day in-person workshops in London.

We ask for about 90 minutes/week during active months—live calls, study, and community engagement. April, August, and December are break months for catch-up or rest.

Absolutely. Most content is online, and all live calls are recorded. The in-person workshops are optional, so if you can’t travel, you’ll still benefit greatly from the online structure.

Every call is recorded and uploaded to your Member Dashboard within a day—so you can easily catch up.

Completion of Exercise Mechanics Lab or RTS Foundations is required. The Integra Project builds on the core mechanics from those courses, so you’ll get more out of the program if you’re already comfortable with the fundamentals.
