#LabTime Sessions are exclusive monthly workshops for existing Integra students to continue building their skills. Each session explores advanced concepts in exercise mechanics, assessments, coaching cues, and more.

Available only to graduates of Integra Education courses (e.g., Exercise Mechanics Lab, RTS Foundations, Integra Project). Perfect for those who want to refine or revisit advanced resistance training principles.

#LabTime are 1–2 hour bite-sized sessions focusing on immediate skill refinement and practice. The Integra Project is a long-term membership with ongoing monthly topics, homework, and deeper community engagement. Integra Project members get #LabTime free.

Most run on Thursdays. Online sessions via Zoom (14.00–15.00 GMT). In-person sessions at Integra HQ (14.00–16.00 GMT). We’ll announce upcoming dates in the community forum.

Online #LabTime Sessions are recorded and uploaded to your Member Dashboard. In-person sessions, of course, aren’t recordable in the same way, but we’ll share notes if possible.

Typically, no. #LabTime is meant to be supplementary and responsive to your immediate needs. You bring questions, demos, or case studies; we troubleshoot together.
