To maintain a high quality educational experience, all Integra - Education courses offer limited class sizes, therefore cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
What happens if Integra - Education cancels a course booking?
In the unlikely event of the cancellation of a course by Integra - Education we will fully refund you or offer a swap to another course. We cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.
What happens if I need to cancel a course booking?
Amendments to bookings can be made up to 21 days before the start of the course, we will happily transfer you to a different date (of the same course) or refund the cost of the course, if you change your mind before this time.
We are unfortunately unable to transfer or refund bookings with less than 21 days until the course start date, however we can accommodate someone else in your place.
We can only offer one transfer per course.
