But what happens when it doesn't?

Results is a sexy word. It’s what we sell to our clients. But how do we know they are the best results? We are not wasting our time? Are being as efficient as we can be?

The goal of this workshop is simple: precision.



We tend to approach our knowledge acquisition through magazines, others in the gym, our friends, books, courses, even research papers. All the way through that process of education, we rely on trust.

We trust that what the magazine, or athlete, or educator, is telling us is true.

And it might be. For them.

But maybe not for you.

And maybe not for your client.

This is about taking that crucial step to stop following others blindly, it’s about questioning and understanding the underlying principles. It’s about stepping up and cultivating the knowledge to create your own recipe.


By understanding exercise mechanics, we get to be more precise with the tools we use.

Rather than relying on tradition and protocol, we can use exercise mechanics to map out forces, motion and the demands placed upon the body.

From structure, function and forces, to assessments, all the way down to the execution of each rep. We can create a perfect recipe for every client, and for every goal.

And in turn, design exercise strategies that help our clients exceed their expectations.
