I feel very relaxed with Martina and the sessions are fun, so I always look forward to them.
I like the way she challenges me and changes the programme every few sessions so there is a sense of development and progress. Martina has taught me to tackle the exercises with purpose, and this positive attitude has spilled into other areas of my life.
